Michael Jackson’s kids were never exposed to a mail-order stun gun which was recently delivered to the household, the attorney for the late singer’s mother said earlier this week.
Despite child services workers investigating the incident, attorney Adam Streisand said that the stun gun had been confiscated before any harm was caused.
The attorney represents Katherine, who has custody of her son’s three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II also known as Blanket.
Streisand said the weapon had been ordered by Jermaine Jackson’s son, Jafar who also lives in the house in Los Angeles.
In a statement, Streisand said: “Jafar opened the package in his bathroom and tested it on a piece of paper.” After hearing the sound of the weapon, security removed it immediately.
“Blanket Jackson never saw or heard the Taser,” he said in the statement. “Neither did Paris Jackson. Prince saw the Taser in possession of security.”
“All of the kids are happy, healthy and wonderful, and that is Mrs. Jackson’s only objective and concern,” Streisand added.
