Kim Kardashian almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction last night when she attended a charity ball in New York City.

The 30-year-old opted for an unusually conservative look wearing a white full-length Japanese-inspired gown laced with black trimming and a side split but perhaps wore a size too small as she looked as though her cleavage would spill out any minute.

Kim was accompanied by best friend La La Anthony who looked stunning in a full-length pink gown. Solange Knowles also attended and donned a white, flowing dress and accessorised only with her huge afro.
