Janet Jackson has cancelled part of her Australian tour as she wants to be with her family for the remainder of the Conrad Murray trial into her brother's death.
The 'All For You' singer had been travelling the world as part of her Number Ones tour, but has put it on hold while she attends Murray's trial. Janet was due to perform three shows in Melbourne this week, but has decided to stay in Los Angeles while the trial continues.
"When I planned these shows, the schedule in California was completely different," she told the Press Association in a statement. "After talking with my family last night, I decided we must be together right now... This saddens me in so many ways."
Janet will now make up for the cancelled shows with one performance on November 3.
