Nicki Minaj has revealed that she used to have a phobia of sex when she was a child because she was taught that "pre-marital sex was bad."
The 'Right Thru Me' singer is known for her overtly sexual nature however, she says that she was afraid of sex as a youngster. "When I was younger, I felt like I had been taught that pre-marital sex was bad, and so I always felt like if I had pre-marital sex I would go to hell," she told ShowbizSpy.com.
Nicki reveals that when she finally slept with someone she did not enjoy the experience as she thought she would "go to hell." "So when I did, I really felt like... I really went through years of trying to make myself feel comfortable. Like, 'OK, I'm not going to hell.'"
The Young Money went on to explain that she had a rough childhood due to her father leaving her mother. "My mother left my dad many different times and came back. He would beg, cry, stalk us... One time, he pulled my mother out of a car and dragged her for two blocks."
