According to TMZ.com, the rappers Akoo clothing line is being trademark infringement.

T.I's company is being hauled to court for has alledgedly stolen its moniker from Akoo International, a self-described "world's largest social music network."

The company recently filed a federal suit against the rapper - real name Clifford Harris - stating that the name was in their possession before T.I had discovered it. It is not yet known how much Akoo International will be suiing for.

T.I has yet to make a statement regarding this case.
