Gary Dourdan's ex-girlfriend has filed a restraining order against him following their alleged fight at his Malibu home.

Nicole Vail Cannizzaro called the police last weekend when the two got into a heated argument, which allegedly resulted in Gary punching her in the face and breaking her nose. The CSI actor was subsequently arrested when police arrived at the scene, and according to TMZ, she had broken up with him in May "due to his excessive drug use, which only worsened after cutting off communication with him."

Nicole alleges that Gary installed recording devices in her home and tried to break in. Now that he has been released on bail, Nicole has asked that he stay 100 yards away from her and her two dogs Charlie and Chanel.

While Nicole has emergency protection from police, it expires next week and a hearing for the restraining order is set for the end of the month.
