Beyonce and Solange Knowles have proved they are a force to be reckoned with as they have been named Vogue's Best Dressed sisters.

The sisters have styles that are completely on opposite ends of the spectrum, yet they are both often praised for their style. Solange is known for going against the latest trends and rocks her own quirky style, including a variety of hairstyles which range from afros to a shaved head.

Bey has a more conservative dress sense when she is off stage and is often seen in fairly simple dresses yet always manages to look elegant. However, Solange believes that it is the other way round, telling Vogue: "[I] never borrowed clothes from Beyonce when we were growing up. My style is a little more tame, and hers is a little more adventurous."

It seems to be a good week for the Knowles/Carter family as Jay-Z was named GQ's Man of the Year.
