Three of Michael Jackson's brothers have launched legal proceedings against a man they claim promised them $100,000 each to sign 1,000 replicas of the popstar's famous Thriller jacket.
The jackets were sold for in-excess of $2000 as part of an exclusive Amazon.com offer, however, the brothers say they never received the fee agreed for their autographs.
According to TMZ, defendant Steeve Brobhot is said to have changed the original arrangement and insisted he would pay once Amazon took delivery of the jackets. However, Brobhot later claimed problems had arisen with the transfer of goods and the brothers appear to have not been paid as a result.
The original jacket Michael wore in the classic John Landis-directed Thriller video in 1983 fetched $1.8m in an auction this summer.
