Brian McKnight is being made to pay child support for his secret son and the baby's mother - Miriam Moreno - is using Kevin Federline's attorney to get the money.

The R&B singer, who recently starred in the stage play 'Cheaper To Keep Her', was taken to court for a child support hearing last week for baby Evan Brian McKnight.

The mother hired Mark Vincent Kaplan who sorted Kevin Federline's divorce from Britney Spears. Reports suggest there hasn't been an official paternity test - but, the child bears his name and he's paying the child support...so we reckon it's a done deal.
