Shady Records boss Eminem had a special surpise for hometown fans at a Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf show in Detroit earlier this year when he gatecrashed the show to conduct the first ever performance of the record label's anthem '2.0 Boys.'
The track is meant to represent the reincarnation of Shady Records, which fell silent for months during Eminem's withdrawal from the public eye between 2007-2008. The then recent signing of Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf marked the start of the label's reinvention and Slim came out to celebrate the new era during a packed hometown show at Brisk Bodega.
