Tameka Foster has demanded that Usher take an immediate drug test for fear that delaying it will clean his system of substances.

It emerged last week that Tameka had filed legal papers to stop her ex-husband from sharing joint custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely. In addition to accusing Usher of breaking several rules including failure to make childcare payments, Tameka has now accused him the singer of being a drug addict.

Now, TMZ reports that Tameka wants Usher to take a drug test immediately, as she fears putting off the process will give him the opportunity to "cleanse" his system of substances. Usher has refused to take a test on the grounds that her claims were "frivolous and unfounded."

Usher and Tameka divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage.
