Jermaine Dupri is in trouble for reportedly owing collectors $80,000 for a top tier Lamborghini.
According to TMZ, Premier Financial Services filed legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Dupri bought a white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006, worth $330,000 agreeing to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.
According to these same documents, Jermaine coughed up $70,000 upfront for the car and successfully made the majority of payments until 2009 failing to meet the remaining amount.
As a result, the company then repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000, and now they're targeting the 39-year-old for the difference after losing $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, by suing Jermaine for their losses.
Calls to Dupri's representation by the website were not returned.
