R. Kelly has revealed that he has written 32 more chapters of his Trapped In The Closet series, and is looking for investors to back the project.
The singer wowed, shocked and entertained the music world when he released 22 episodes of the comedic hip-opera between the years of 2005 and 2007. While many thought the series was buried in the closet - excuse the pun - he has revealed that he has written an astonishing 32 new chapters and is hoping to release them soon.
"It costs a lot of money to do, so we're actually looking for investors," he told TMZ.
"Trapped In The Closet, aside from me being silly and not having a job and having nothing else to do sitting around the studio, I’ve always wanted to be a movie director. That’s my movie director, seeping out through my music. That’s the best way to put it," he added.
If all goes to plan, Kels will be a busy man next year as he will also be embarking on a cruise tour, an extension of this year's Love Letter tour.
