Timbaland believes that a lodged bullet in his arm from a 25-year-old shooting is the cause of his health problems.

The legendary producer was shot in the arm back in 1986 when a friend boasted about having a gun, but accidentally let if off, hitting Tim in the process. Now, Tim says that he can still feel "tingling" from the bullet that is still in his arm.

"I was so young, never got to fulfil a lot of dreams. I just saw everything flash in front of my eyes, (I thought), 'This is it, this is how I go out," he revealed in his E! True Hollywood Story.

"The recovery after the gunshot took about two years. Just the pain that I went through just to restore feeling in this hand, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy."

Tim says that the bullet is still affecting him to this day, adding: "I can't feel it but it has moved and I think it's causing me some damage, to this day. It's still tingling. If I had turned around differently (on the day of the shooting), I wouldn't be here to tell this story."
