Keri Hilson has revealed that several rappers and basketball players have approached her to start a fake relationship to gain public attention, but she is only interested in finding real love.

The 'No Boys Allowed' singer may be living up to the name of her album, because Keri says that she has no interest in dating someone in the spotlight unless she can be sure they are in it for genuine reasons.

"I put a lot in that category – rappers, sports players, ball players and things like that," Keri told EURweb in reference to celebrities that want 'showmances.'

"I would never say ‘never,’ but I want something real. I want real love. I don’t want this red carpet Hollywood love. I feel like they’re easily penetrated, and that’s something that I don’t want. I don’t want publicity. I want love," she added.

While Keri does admit that some celebrity relationships are real, she claims that most are "publicity stunts."

"It’s like a ‘look’ for us to be together as opposed to ‘Oh, let’s get to know each other and see if it works.’ They just kind of want to move fast and want the world to know and be talked about. And that’s not something that’s appealing to me."
