Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles has shot down rumours that the singer has given birth to her first child, saying that she was still pregnant on New Year's Eve.

Rumours spread like wildfire last week with claims that the singer had booked out an entire floor at a hospital in NYC and had given birth to a baby girl named Tiana-May Carter. While there was no official statement or confirmation from Bey's reps, several media outlets reported on the birth.

However, in a not-so-subtle hint at the status of Bey's baby, her younger sister Solange wrote on her Twitter page on New Year's Day: "Shout out to my sister for being THE cutest pregnant woman ever!"

Bey was initially thought to be giving birth in February, but she hinted in a video clip that she was due in December.
