Usher has asked a judge to reject his ex-wife Tameka Foster's "false" claims that he has breached his custody rules.
Tameka filed a petition two months ago seeking full custody of their two children, claiming that he broke several terms of the custody and divorce agreements. These included allegedly taking the children out of the country without permission and failing to pay for childcare.
According to TMZ, Usher has now challenged Tameka's request to strip the singer of full custody, saying that her allegations are false.
The pair divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage.
