Jim Jones has finally decided to make an honest woman out of his girlfriend of seven years, Chrissy Lampkin.

The rapper and his new wife-to-be have had a bumpy journey over the last year, which started with Chrissy got down on one knee first and asked Jim to marry her. While he accepted the proposal, the careless rapper lost the ring forcing Chrissy to buy a new one.

However, she began to lose her patience with Jim as he was often showing off his jewellery on the latest episode of the popular reality show while she still had not received an engagement ring from him.

Jim made up for his laziness by surprising her while she was on a trip to Miami with her girlfriends, and turned up with a ring in his pocket.

Chrissy told viewers after accepting the proposal: "The fact that my Jimmy knew that it was the right time to do things, it's priceless."
