Halle Berry has split from her husband, Gabriel Aubry, according reports.

According to TMZ, the actress visited a divorce lawyer three weeks ago to discuss a custody arrangement.

Halle and Gabriel worked out a short-term custody arrangement, a source told the website. The couple supposedly worked out an arrangement when they were having problems for their two-year-old daughter, Nahla.

So far there have been no long-term agreement, financial or property settlement agreement.

According to the source, Halle and Gabriel are "working well together" and the parental duties are being handled without conflict.
