50 Cent has issued his answer to Dr. Dre's infamous limited edition $700 fox fur headphones - a range of earpieces endorsed by Jersey Shore's DJ Pauly D.
Fif is taking advantage of his new G Note signee's popularity by developing a new line of SMS Audio headphones in time for the DJ's personal spinoff show premiering on MTV later this year.
"Partnering with SMS Audio and 50 Cent is an incredible way to start 2012," Pauly D said in a release. "Having my own headphones has always been a dream of mine, and now that dream is a reality."
It might sound like a low key move in response to Dr. Dre's high-fashion Oscar de la Renta collaborations, but 50 Cent is convinced the move is a good one, saying: "Pauly D has a true passion for music and I know he’ll put that same energy into helping us develop and promote a quality headphone line."

Kanye West has exploded in a rage on numerous occasions with perhaps the most infamous being the time the hit rapper took to the stage after becoming enraged at country singer Taylor Swift's 2009 MTV VMA Best Female Video Award win over Beyonce's 'Single Ladies'.
