Alexandra Burke has finally premiered her new single 'Elephant,' which will act as the lead single from her upcoming second studio album.
The X Factor champ has had to endure several delays of the single, but it finally made its debut on BBC Radio 1. Produced by DJ Erick Morillo, 'Elephant' boasts the on-trend euro-pop, dance sound that has been popular in the clubs for the last few years.
Explaining the song's title, Alex told DigitalSpy: "The saying 'There's an elephant in the room' is very, very American. When I was doing the writing camp earlier this year, it was with a lot of Americans."
"When that came about, I thought it was really interesting because they say it a lot. So, I thought I can be that girl, that person that brings that saying over here to make it a little bit more UK," she added.
'Elephant' is released on March 11. Listen to the track below and vote in the poll to tell us whether it is a hit or miss...
