Posdnous and Trugoy, two of the three members of De La Soul, have announced the formation of a new side project titled 'First Serve,' with a new album already in the works.
The duo have also reported some - pretty confusing - name changes will be coming into effect for the new group. Posdnous is now going by the name Jacob 'Pop Life' Barrow and Trugoy is Deen Whittier.
To confuse matters even further, they're also adopting their original names from the group's debut album 3 Feet High and Rising -- so Barrow's alias is 'Plug One' and and Whittier's is 'Plug Two'.
A new, as yet untitled, album is currently being prepared for an April release but in the meanwhile First Serve are hitting fans with a taste of what's to come, The Goon Time Mixtape, available on their SoundCloud page.

Kanye West has exploded in a rage on numerous occasions with perhaps the most infamous being the time the hit rapper took to the stage after becoming enraged at country singer Taylor Swift's 2009 MTV VMA Best Female Video Award win over Beyonce's 'Single Ladies'.
