Ciara is reportedly undergoing surgery to "look more feminine" following criticism throughout her career for looking "manly."

According to Bossip, the 26-year-old has consulted a plastic surgeon to begin the first stages of getting cheek fillers to make her face seem more rounded. The website claims to have confirmation that the Ride It singer has already started taking the fillers and showed off the results at a bowling game hosted by Chris Paul last week.

CiCi has had a string of highly-publicised relationships with celebrities such as 50 Cent, Bow Wow and most recently Amar'e Stoudemire, and the website credits the failure of her romances down to her "manly" look.
