Lil Wayne reportedly got into a fist fight with Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant over the weekend after taunting the football star over his subpar form on the field.

Sources say the brawl broke out at the LIV nightclub in Miami, where Wayne, in addition to throwing jabs about the Cowboys' failure to make the 2011 playoffs, also poked fun at Bryant's various legal and money problems which include being sued in March for over $800,000 over a claim he took jewellery without payment and being hit with another lawsuit in December after failing to pay off a $100,000 loan.

Original reports of the incident said Bryant had been in a scuffle with 'a famous rapper' who was later revealed by the Miami Herald to be Weezy, write Complex.

Wayne's camp have declined to comment but Bryant's close friends have confirmed the player was not arrested, despite previous claims.
