Ne-Yo has revealed that he was "shocked" by Lindsay Lohan's decision to sue him and rapper Pitbull over his lyrics on 'Give Me Everything.'
The singer sings the chorus on the popular club banger, but it was Pitbull he rapped the lyrics: "So I'ma keep tip-toeing to keep blowing/ I get it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
When asked about the situation, Ne-Yo told BET.com: "There is no update to my knowledge. I was a little shocked when I heard about it; especially in that there was nothing negative said about her."
"But you know what, it is what it is. You take the good with the bad. It is one of the drawbacks of being in the music industry. You know stupid things happen for stupid or non-stupid reasons and that is pretty much all I have to say about that," he added."
Ne-Yo also addressed support of the African-American community, saying they never get the credit they deserve.
