A new hip-hop trend has definitely been launched - taking photos in the studio with other recording stars. Kendrick Lamar is the latest celeb to jump on the bandwagon with super producer Pharrell.
Already this year we've seen Rick Ross, Dr. Dre and even Amber Rose hinting at some headline-grabbing collaborations for their new projects and now Aftermath signee Kendrick Lamar has jumped on the bandwagon, with his tour DJ Ali tweeting a picture of K.Dot and beatsmith Pharrell Williams cooking something up.
Not many details beyond that have been released, but it's looking pretty likely fans can expect that umistakable Neptunes sound on Kendrick's debut LP Good Kid in a Bad City.
Earlier this month Drake's producer Noah '40' Shebib revealed the Young Money lyricist was 'blown away' by Kendrick Lamar's verse on Drizzy's album track Take Care.
