A judge has delayed his decision on Halle Berry's protective order request against Gabriel Aubry until Monday.
The actress asked the judge to prohibit Gabriel from having any contact with their daughter Nahla, following allegations from their nanny that he shoved her while she was carrying the three-year-old.
TMZ reports that Halle attended the hearing in a Los Angeles court yesterday and expected to get a decision, but judge Scott Gordon pushed back the verdict until Monday when the original judge who was dealing with the case comes back from holiday.
Judge Mark Juhas will then assess the case and make a ruling.
The nanny, Alliance Kamdem, was denied a restraining order against Aubry as the judge deemed the request as "insufficient and speculative."
