Kelly Rowland just can't stop gushing about Beyonce and Jay-Z's new daughter Blue Ivy, and says that best friend Bey is an "incredible mother."

After describing Blue as "beautiful," Kelly has revealed how hip-hop's power couple are adjusting to life as new parents.

"She is just more precious than a diamond," Kelly told Rap-Up.com.

"She’s just so stunning, and Beyoncé is an incredible mother. I’m so incredibly proud of her, so proud of her. She’s in mommyville and I’m so happy for her and her husband’s in daddyville, and the baby is very beautiful."

Beyonce was reportedly spotted outside the CNN building in Alabama where she apparently gave an interview with Blue.
