Chelsea Handler has fired shots at Mariah Carey, labelling her as "fake" and also said her husband Nick Cannon lacks a sense of humour.

The comedian made an appearance on Howard Stern, where she talked about a variety of topics, but clearly felt the need to vent about her dislike of the singer. "Anyone who's married to Mariah Carey, I'm pretty sure doesn't have a sense of humour," she quipped.

"I mean, let's be honest. She's ridiculous. What is her game plan? What kind of person operates like that? She's worse than Elizabeth Taylor, she's just so ridiculous, with her body, one day she's like 50 lbs heavier or lighter. What is she doing? I don't even understand what hemisphere people like that operate in."

"There's nothing real about her and her Hello Kitty whatever," she added.

Upon hearing Chelsea's comments, Nick blasted her on Twitter saying that she is "miserable."

Chelsea also revealed details about her brief fling with 50 Cent, and said that she almost called him the n-word when they broke up.
