Barack Obama's rendition of Al Green's 'Let's Stay Together' reportedly increased sales of the track by 490%.
The President was giving a speech at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem for a fundraiser, when he broke out into the first verse of the 1971 classic. Green - who sung the original - praised Barack's version, saying that he "nailed" it.
It seems Barack's smooth vocals reignited interest in the track as sales have soared in the last week. According to Billboard, sold more than 16,000 units in the week ending January 22, which is a 490% increase in the last year.
