Gabriel Aubry has been officially interviewed by child protection services who are investigation the child cruelty claims over his daughter with Halle Berry, according to reports.
The model has been accused by Nahla's nanny, Alliance Kamdem, of shoving her into a door while she was still carrying the youngster and shouting racial obscenities.
Both Halle and Gabriel attended court on Monday to find out whether he could be stripped of having any contact with Nahla, but delayed the decision until next week.
It was reported earlier this week that Halle had been officially interviewed by the LAPD who wanted to gain a full picture of the situation for the investigation.
Now, RadarOnline claims that Gabriel has been interviewed by the Child Protection Services. "These are very serious allegations and Gabriel was obviously very nervous," a source told the website.
"Gabriel feels that he is living in a police state as far as his time with his daughter is concerned. He is a doting and loving father and extremely attentive to Nahla. His daughter wasn’t present when the interview took place."
"The investigation will remain open at this point, but it’s not uncommon at all for officials to keep an investigation open out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of the child," they added.
The judge will make a decision on Monday whether or not to strip Gabriel of having any contact with Nahla until the investigation is over.
