A warrant is out for Bow Wow's arrest after a judge ruled that he be taken into custody over a civil lawsuit stemming back to 2009.

The 'Underrated' rapper was made to pay $100,000 by a Tennessee court after he failed to pay a tour bus company. However, the firm alleges that they did not receive a payment and has taken him back to court for contempt.

According to TMZ, the judge ruled in October that Bow should be arrested and kept in custody until he produces the correct documents.

It is thought that Bow has not been arrested and calls to his reps have reportedly not been returned.
