Jay-Z has caught a break after the private jet hire firm which claim he short-changed them for their services back dropped their case against the rapper.
Hov was sued for a $137,485 unpaid bill back in 2010 when Air Platinum Holding accused the 42-year-old of only paying for 37 of the 55 hours he'd spent making out of town trips in their luxury aircraft, including one $24,200 no expense spared trip to London.
However, TMZ report the lawsuit has since been dropped - possibly due to an out of court settlement.
It's not as if Jiggaman is currently struggling for cash, with rumours swirling he and Beyonce recently splashed out on a sapphire-encrusted milk bottle for their daughter Blue Ivy.
