Beyonce made her first public appearance last night since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy, to support husband Jay-Z at his Carnegie Hall show.

The songstress looked glowing, showing off her curves in a fitted red dress which she teamed with a gold clutch bag and hoop earrings.

Meanwhile, Jay took to the stage to perform at the benefit, held to benefit the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. 

He was joined on stage by Alicia Keys to perform their smash hit 'Empire State Of Mind,' before she took to the stage with Nas.
