Flo Rida is reportedly being sued by his former assistant for making her work extreme hours and paying her less than minimum wage.
The rapper employed Mahogany Miller as his assistant last August and expected her to perform the basic duties including answering the phones.
However, TMZ reports that Mahogany was made to work 65 hours a week on just $3.08 an hour.
When Mahogany confronted Flo about the poor working conditions, he allegedly fired her less than 24 hours later.
Flo has enjoyed a successful career over the last few years with hits like 'Low,' 'Elavator' and 'Good Feeling.'
Do you think he would treat his staff this way?
