Gary Dourdan is reportedly being sued $25,000 by his ex-girlfriend who claims she broke his nose.

The former CSI actor has been accused of acting violent towards Nicole Cannizzaro multiple times in the past and, after being charged with felony assault and battery, has been issued a restraining order to stay away from her.

TMZ reports that Nicole filed a lawsuit against Gary claiming he launched an unprovoked attack against her in a Whole Foods market while she was shopping with their son.

After the confrontation, Nicole claims to have fled back to their shared apartment to collect her belongings, but he followed her and continued the attack, even "punching her in the face and dragging her across the floor."

When she attempted to dial 911, Gary's roommate allegedly stopped her but a neighbour was able to alert the police.

Now, the website reports that Nicole is suing Gary for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress and is seeking damages of up to $25,000.
