Beyonce was reportedly caring for sick newborn daughter Blue Ivy at home before she joined husband Jay-Z to party until 4am.

The 'Love On Top' singer made her first public appearances earlier this week since giving birth to Blue last month, and she flaunted her amazing post-baby body at Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall shows.

According to the NY Daily News, Blue "wasn't feeling well" meaning Bey had to miss the first night of Jay's shows. However, she was spotted making her way to the afterparty at the 40/40 club later that night and apparently partied until 4am.

It was reported last week that Bey and Jay have hired six nannies to care for Blue round-the-clock.

Would Bey really leave her sick newborn to party instead?
