Kris Humphries believes he has cast-iron proof his marriage to Kim Kardashian was a fraud, and claims a faked scene from an episode of Kim and Kourtney Take New York backs him up. 

During the scene Kim has an emotional heart-to-heart with Kris about the breakdown of her marriage which is claimed to have occured during a mid-October business trip to Dubai - although evidence is stacking up it was actually shot at a Hollywood TV studio last winter. 

Humphries has told his lawyers to use the scandal as part of their evidence his marriage was a sham from the start - and wants both Kim, Kris and producers E! to be questioned about the faked scene.

A source told RadarOnline: "Kris feels that if this is true and the whole conversation was faked, this would help prove that he got married under fraudulent circumstances. Yes, this did occur after the marriage, but this is one clear example that could help sway the judge to grant the divorce on the grounds of fraud."

On December 9, Kim was caught leaving the studio with her mum Kris Jenner, dressed in the exact same outfit she was wearing during the reality show scene. To add fuel to the theory, an assistant was spotted following the pair carrying an identical purple outfit to the one Kris wore on the Middle Eastern trip.

Prior to the episode being aired, Kris Humphries posted a cryptic tweet, saying: "I can’t wait for the truth to come out! People will be surprised or maybe they won’t. #FCC."
