Beyonce has announced that she will be launching her own talent competition this week, after reports emerged Simon Cowell had offered her $100 million to join X Factor USA.

Beyonce is asking potential stars to cut their own remix to her Diplo & The-Dream produced single 'End of Time,' taken from Bey's latest album, 4. The chosen winner will bank a $4,000 prize fund and a feature on one of Ms. Knowles next releases.

The competition will be judged by Beyonce herself and creative mogul Frank Gatson, alongside a panel of music industry heavyweights who will be scoring entrants' creativity, musicality and originality.

According to the judging criteria, more focus will be put on the creativity of potential stars than their singing ability, which will be weighed up equally against the originality of their act.

The competition begins on March 8th and fans can apply on Beyonce's official website, beyonceonline.com.
