Chris Brown is reportedly hoping that his Grammy Award performance will "close the Rihanna chapter" of his life.
It was confirmed earlier this week that Chris will be performing at the 54th ceremony on Sunday for the first time since he assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
'The Turn The Music Up' singer has been rehearsing hard for the performance and is apparently hoping to prove to his peers that he has moved on from the incident.
"Chris has been rehearsing non-stop for the performance," a source told RadarOnline. "He wants to give the audience and his fans an over top the performance. Chris has put a lot of pressure on himself to deliver a memorable performance, and he will deliver, he always does."
"Chris is hopeful that his performance will close that chapter on his life. He will be bringing his mom to the awards ceremony she is his biggest fan, and he has told her he is dedicating his performance to her."
Will the public change their view of Breezy after the performance?
