According to reports, the custody battle between Halle Berry and ex-partner Gabriel Aubry over their daughter, Nahla, is about to get nasty.

The pair announced their separation last month and are currently disagreeing over who will care for their two-year-old daughter despite pledging an amicable split.

Aubry, who doesn't approve of the Oscar-winner's Hollywood lifestyle, has been trying to take their daughter to live with him as primary caretaker in Canada, according to FYB.

Earlier this month, Aubry reportedly said that he "knew" it was time to end his relationship with Berry.
