Whitney Houston has sparked worries for her health when she was spotted leaving a Los Angeles club last night looking a mess and with blood dripping down her leg.

The 'Saving All My Love For You' hitmaker looked dishevelled and appeared to be shouting and pointing at someone as she was led out of the nightclub by a concerned-looking friend.

In the photos obtained by Bossip, Whitney appeared to be intoxicated or using other substances as she stumbled to her waiting car. She also looked extremely bloated in the dress that clung to her figure in all the wrong places.

The crowd of fans shoved paper in her face asking her to sign autographs, which she seemed more than happy to do. 

Whitney has battled a drug addiction in the past and ended her marriage to Bobby Brown three-years-ago after friends and family pleaded with her to improve her lifestyle. 

Just last week, she was spotted out and about with ex-boyfriend Ray J fuelling rumours that they are back together.
