Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster has asked the singer to pay her legal fees so she can take him to court to strip him of joint child custody.
It emerged last year that Tameka had filed legal papers against Usher, alleging that he broke several conditions of their joint custody agreement, including failing to pay child support for their two sons and not informing her of when he was taking them out of the country.
TMZ reports that Tameka has now asked the 'Without You' singer to pay $50,000 to cover her attorney's fees and other legal investments.
She has reportedly asked the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia to make Usher pay $15,000 of fees for her attorney and an additional $35,000 for other costs.
Apparently, Tameka believes she is entitled to the money due to the difference in their income which puts her at a disadvantage in making her case.
