A commentator shocked and baffled many football fans last night during the Arsenal - AC Milan match yesterday when he began quoting lyrics from rapper Drake.
Soccer fans watching the game last night must have cringed when ITV commentator Clive Tyldesley, 57, randomly began quoting Drake's new track 'Headlines' during the match.
Tyldesley described AC Milan midfielder - and big rap fan - Kevin Prince-Boateng as "too strung out on compliments, overdosed on confidence" when the player faded late in the match after opening scoring early on.
It's fair to say Clive's bars got a mixed reaction from football fans on Twitter, with one user hailing him as "the greatest commentator of all time" for the quoting the Canadian emcee and another insisting, "Right. We now live in a world where Clive Tyldesley has quoted Drake. I'm off to jump in the Thames."
Drake does two shows over in London at the end of March - expect to see Clive front and centre, repping OVOXO.
