Kim Kardashian is reportedly being sued by women who say that her product Quicktrim has not helped them to lose weight.
The 31-year-old and her younger sister Khloe have endorsed the weight loss product for years and are adamant that it helps women to lose weight around their stomach and tone up their abs.
While there is no denying the reality stars have great figures, some women say the supplement contains caffeine, which does nothing to help them shift the pounds.
"My firm has been retained by an individual that purchased QuickTrim, and we are investigating the matter," Scott A. Bursor from law firm Bursor & Fisher said according to the NY Post.
"We have provided written notice of our client’s claims to the company and others involved in marketing QuickTrim."
Apparently, since Kim and Khloe signed on to become the faces of QuickTrim in 2009, the company has raked in $45 million.
Have you tried QuickTrim? Seen any positive results? Should Kim and Khloe be held responsible for promoting a product that apparently doesn't work?
