Beyonce 'Exhausted' From Fitness Regime To Shed Blue Ivy Baby Weight

Beyonce is said to be "exhausted" with her intense workout regime which she has embarked on in a bid to lose the weight she gained while pregnant with Blue Ivy.

The 'Countdown' singer stepped out for the first time earlier this month for the first time since giving birth to her first child in January, and while everyone marvelled at her incredible curves, but Bey seems to be on a mission to shed the extra weight fast.

"Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance," a source told Star magazine who claims she has a live-in trainer.

Bey is reportedly "living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water."

"She’s exhausted but totally dedicated. Beyonce’s vowed to have a better body than ever before… and she’s a woman of her word."
