American comedian Chris Rock has admitted that he thinks that Ricky Gervais is hilarious and that he gets a little jealous of his fellow comedian.

The actor and comedian says that he's confident about his stand-up routine while performing, but that he sometimes gets a pang of envy for the British comedian.

The 45-year-old told Absolute Radio: "Ricky Gervais is the funniest. I get stand-up envy for Ricky and I don't get that often."

The 'Death At A Funeral' star also admitted to being a fan of football star, David Beckham, he said: "Is David Beckham any good? Like sometimes rappers come to the UK that suck in America and you guys think they're great. You're like, 'Coolio is a genius! Sisqo is the new Marvin Gaye!' I always wonder that of David Beckham."
