Chris Rock lost his cool and attacked a journalist who asked the comedian about racist comments he made in an interview with Esquire Magazine.
Rock went off at the infamous political 'Tea Party' movement during an interview with Esquire Magazine he said: "When I see the Tea Party and all this stuff, it actually feels like racism’s almost over. Because this is the last - this is the act up before the sleep. They’re going crazy. They’re insane."
Political writer Jason Mattera and his crew surprised Rock during January's Sundance Film Festival, before asking Chris for a picture he then bombarded Chris when questions about why he branded the political Tea Party as "racists."
As soon as Chris saw the camera following him, he tried to dodge the crew by walking away, but once he realised his path was blocked he suddenly lunged at the camera man and grabbed hold of the camera and wrestled him to the ground.
Mattera claimed that when Chris sucessfully stopped the camera from recording, he shouted, "You want to throw down? Let’s throw down right now!’
Chris was standing safely behind two bodyguards when he said it.
