Actress Vivica A. Fox has reportedly got engaged to marry an Atlanta party promotor.

According to Media Takeout, the actress was photographed wearing a diamond ring out at a recent event in New York.

The actress has been romantically linked with promotor Slim, but the 45-year-old also dated rapper 50 Cent.

Fox is reported to be starring in the upcoming second season of 'Drop Dead Diva'.
