50 Cent has revealed that he was recently nearly joined by his buddy Eminem as he hit Detroit as part of the ‘Invitation’ shows.

He told MTV News US: “He wanted to come to my performance in Detroit. He was on baby watch. He was like, 'Yo, I wanna come out there, but I gotta stay. Hailie and them looking at me now.' He had to get off the phone, he was like, 'We have to go.'

Fiddy also spoke about how Slim still offers him valuable advice.

He explained: “We talked for a little bit -- he was trying to figure when he could expect [my] next record. Em’ was like, 'Do like I make my records, like Dre makes his records. [Put it out] when you feel happy with it 100 percent.'”

The rapper turned actor also talked about how he recently lost 54lbs for a movie role.

He said: “I was real hungry, I was p*ssy. Any little thing, it was like, 'Get the f--- from around me.'”
